Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in. Check in time is 2PM. Early check in is based on hotel availability. Free time at your own leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 : Hoa Lu – Tam Coc Day Tour - SIC Tour (B/L)

Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM. PM : After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:30PM.

Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Shuttle bus (B/L/D)

7:30 - 8:00: Take a 3-hour scenic drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay.
12:00-12:30 : Arrive in Tuan Chau Tourist Wharf. Transfer to Halong Cruise by tender.
12:30 : Welcome drink on the boat and check in to your private cabin.
13:15-14:15: Serve have lunch on board while cruising to some magnificent Halong bay scenes.
14:45 -15:00: Visit Titop island where you take your time on swim, sunbath, trekking....
16:30: Arrive in Pearl Farm Village. Visit around and swim, kayaking in the bay.
17:30: Back to the cruise and join cooking class to have experience in some traditional dishes. Tea time on sundeck.

Day 4 : Halong - Hanoi - Flight to Da Nang (B/L) Flight not included

6:00 : Practice Tai Chi on the Sundeck.
7:00-7h30: Start your day with a light breakfast. During breakfast, cruising to explore other part of Halong Bay, admire the beauty of one in seven new wonder in the world.
8:30 - 9h30: Arrive in Surprise cave, explore the Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long bay.
9:45: Check out and take all luggage outside of your cabin, cruise back to the Tourist Wharf through Ha Long bay.
10:00: Have brunch and clear bills.
11:30: Back to the Tourist Wharf.
12:00: Departure to Ha Noi
16.00: arrive in Hanoi. Then you will take flight to Da Nang. Transfer to hotel for check in.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 : Ba Na Hill Day Tour with Golden Hand Bridge - SIC Tour (B/L)

The tourguide/car pick up from hotel in Hoi An start tranfer to Ba Na Hills.
Check in at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station and transfer to Marseille Station.
Upon arrival you will explore Golden Bridge (The Hands of The Gods) to take some pictures at the place where journalists and travel bloggers around the world are praising that being majestic and impressive as a scene in “Game of Thrones” or “ The Lords of the Rings”
After that drop by Le Jardin D’Amour (the Flower Garden of Love) with 9 gardens of Le Jardin D’Amour are 9 amusing tales in 9 varying archtiectures, which harmonize so well in a visual sonata of beauty.
Continue trip with Linh Ung Pagoda & Debay Wine Cellar.
12:00 Have lunch at Vietnamese buffet restaurant with over 70 Vietnamese culinary items spoil you all for choice definitely.
After lunch is your free time to explore and play games at the Fantasy Park - a perfect tourist attraction for an entire family as well as to explore King Peak
15:00 - 15:30 Return to the Cable Car Station and back to the Gateway then transfer back to hotel around 17:00

Day 6 : Cam Thanh – Hoi An DAY Tour - SIC Tour (B/D)

12.00 – 12.15: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel (Da Nang area)
Start your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut for being a fisherman at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, you will experience about learning traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past war. On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnam. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities which are fun, safe, and interested are suitable for everybody.
About 2.30 pm: Visit to the next destination to Hoi An Old Town.
• Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings.
• You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. Especially, you will enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.
• Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
• Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.
• Dinner with Hoi An specialty food.
6.00 pm: Enjoy your time with the boat ride on Hoai River and release the flower lanterns to pray for the best lucks to you and your family. You will immerse yourself in the fanciful space of the lantern street. Free your time with the night market and enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An.

Day 7 : Departure (B)

Morning, breakfast at hotel. Your leisure until we transfer you to airport for your departure flight.

Booking Procedure

Date of Booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Flight booking: Full payment is required to issue the ticket.
Land Part: 25% of the Total Land Package is payable at the time of booking and the remaining 75% is payable 45 days prior to departure.
If travel is within 45 days, full payment is required.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges, or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
The tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No-show guests will not be given any refund, nor will their tours be rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach basis. The driver will communicate with the guests if there is a change in the assigned pickup.
If the guest fails to reach the designated place within the arranged time, no replacement will be provided and the guest will need to make their own arrangements.
The guide will be available only for specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by the airline, tours and transfers will not be rescheduled.
Above-mentioned itinerary, flights, timings, and rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and air tickets quoted are subject to final confirmation from hotels, suppliers, and airlines. Otherwise, a similar property or airline will be used.
After booking confirmation, an amendment charge of Rs. 1,000/- per person will be applicable, only if the booking allows amendments.
Room type (Twin or Double) is at the sole discretion of the hotels. Hotels allocate rooms on a Run of the House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide, and carry valid travel documents, including a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel, necessary visa(s) and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance covering risk to life, limb, and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, and inoculation/vaccination certificates, as applicable, to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements that may come into effect prior to departure will be applicable. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if the exchange rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s), Tickets, Visas, and Insurance Policies carefully and inform the Company immediately in the event of any error.
The itinerary may be changed by the tour manager during execution of the tour. Hence, guests are advised not to fix their own programs, as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial, or other related act, or for any loss, expense, damage, or cost resulting therefrom.
In case your visa is applied for through us and is rejected, the visa fee is non-refundable.

31 days and above to departure: 50% of the Tour Cost.
0 to 15 days to departure: 100% of the total fare.
