• The tour may be cancelled, postponed or modified due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, political disturbances, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
• No refund or rescheduling will be permitted in the event of a no-show.
• Any unforeseen increase in airfare, hotel rates, transportation costs, government taxes or other service charges will be payable additionally by the guest.
• SIC means Seat-in-Coach basis. Pick-up timings are approximate and may change depending on traffic, operational requirements or delays involving other passengers. The driver or local representative will communicate any changes to the guest.
• Guests must report at the designated pick-up point at the specified time. If a guest fails to report on time, no replacement service or refund will be provided. Any alternative arrangement must be made at the guest’s own expense.
• Guide services will be provided only for the tours or excursions where specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
• If the airline changes, delays or cancels a flight, the rescheduling of tours and transfers will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
• The proposed itinerary, flight schedule, timings and rates are subject to change. Hotels, flights and other services will be confirmed only after receiving final confirmation from the respective suppliers. If a quoted hotel or service is unavailable, a similar alternative will be offered, subject to availability.
• After booking confirmation, an amendment fee of ₹1,000 per person will apply for each requested change, provided the booking conditions permit amendments. Supplier charges and fare differences, if any, will be payable additionally.
• Twin-bedded or double-bedded rooms are subject to availability and will be allocated at the sole discretion of the hotel. Unless specifically confirmed, rooms will be provided on a Run of the House (ROH) basis.
• Guests are responsible for arranging and carrying all valid travel documents, including:
• A passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel
• Applicable visas and immigration approvals
• Confirmed air tickets
• Travel insurance covering life, health, baggage and property
• Medical fitness certificates
• Required vaccination or inoculation certificates
• Any other documents required by the destination or transit country
• Any increase in foreign exchange rates affecting accommodation, transportation or other land arrangements before departure will be charged additionally. The package price may be revised without prior notice if the exchange rate changes substantially.
• Guests must carefully check all service vouchers, air tickets, visa documents, insurance policies and other travel documents immediately after receiving them. Any discrepancy must be reported to the company without delay.
• The tour manager or local operator may modify the itinerary during the tour due to operational requirements, weather, traffic, local conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. Guests are advised not to arrange independent activities that may conflict with the scheduled itinerary.
• The approval or rejection of visas and immigration clearance is entirely at the discretion of the concerned embassy, consulate or sovereign government. The company will not be responsible for any delay, rejection or non-issuance of a visa, or for any resulting loss, expense, damage or cancellation.
• If a visa application submitted through the company is rejected, the visa fee and applicable processing or service charges will remain non-refundable.
• TCS at 2% and GST at 5% will be charged additionally, wherever applicable, as per prevailing government regulations.
• The quoted prices are promotional and subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates and services are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.
• The quoted fares are not valid during long weekends, festivals, special events, peak travel periods or blackout dates unless specifically confirmed in writing.

• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, and check visa requirements based on your nationality.
